An Office Suite Application Upgrade for Premium and Enterprise Users

By Daren Garius

On Wednesday, September 3, 2014

I've been using this office suite program for years, and this is the first time I'll make a review for this app. Here are some of the new features I tested upon using this new version of proprietary office suite. The graphical user interface is enhanced including keyboard shortcuts and lesser mouse clicks. There are tons of graphical options like background removal tool, open type typographic feature, search feature for social networking services like LinkedIn, and Quick step feature, etc. Lately, I've been trying to use open source office suite to see the difference between the proprietary and the free of cost office suite application. The result is almost the same, and the proprietary is much more reliable than the free of cost office suites in terms of formatting. In conclusion, this office suite application is very useful for premium customers. Commodity customers may settle with earlier versions of this office suite tool to save money for a much bigger upgrade.

Pros

  • Ribbon interface intensifies consistency and usability
  • Excellent graphic tools include video editing and image enhancement

Cons

  • Crashes during trial and testing

With this new version, I found some interesting features which I think is useful which are: office web apps, jump list integration in all applications, and Outlook social connectors. Next are people pane and calendar preview in Outlook, and video presentations in PowerPoint. Another are broadcast slide show in PowerPoint, slicers in Excel, send any documents (Publisher, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) in PDF format, drag and drop navigation pane in Word, embedded videos in PowerPoint. Lastly are photo editing office applications (Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), screenshots capturing, paste preview in office applications (Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and backstage view in all applications. In conclusion, his software application tool is highly recommended having its new features and up to date versions that respond to the needs of the consumers.
